Responsibilities
- Champion and support the organisation’s Capability Framework and Leadership Pipeline
- Assess the needs of the business, implement training and Development plans.
- Facilitate a range of learning options to enhance existing skills and knowledge.
- Manage and lead a geographically dispersed team of L&D Specialists and resources.
- Manage existing programs and develop new programs to support the business.
- Evaluate and report on Learning and Development initiatives to improve capability and compliance requirements.
- Manage projects.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Tertiary qualifications and a Cert IV in Assessment and Workplace Training
- A genuine passion to making a difference.
- Demonstrated experience in leading a geographically dispersed team.
- Proven training and L&D experience, ideally within a professional services environment.
- Project management skills.
- Knowledge of and experience in the management of vocational education and professional development programs.
You will be both leader and hands-on practitioner. As a national organisation there will be some interstate travel required. You will be based in the Brisbane CBD office. Hybrid working arrangements are not offered.
