Position: Legal Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Location: Emerald, Queensland
Are you organized, professional, and passionate about providing exceptional client service? Our busy law firm is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience and smooth operations within our firm.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing solicitor’s calendars.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and emails.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation, handling daily mail, banking and deliveries.
- Collaborate with other staff members to support the efficient functioning of the office.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred.
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
