The Company Join a national Managed Service Provider specialising in small to medium sized businesses providing everything from Cyber Security Services, Cloud Services & Managed IT Services. The Role Due to growth, an entry level helpdesk position AND an experienced Level 1-2 helpdesk role are available. You will be the first point of contact for users providing Level 1 -2 support across networking, software/applications & hardware. Responsibilities include: - Attending user sites when required, mixture of remote & onsite support. - Installing, configurating & updating of desktop applications - Responding to tickets/request from users - Supporting Microsoft office 365 suite & Windows - Escalation of issues to next level of support Required background / knowledge / experience / personal qualities - General knowledge of technical infrastructure - Provide a high level of customer service to all clients - Strong written & verbal communication skills - Great attitude towards new challenges & professional development - Driver's license. |
