Worried you have minimal experience? Never fear!! We are looking for someone who shows great potential and has a hunger to succeed, learn and grow. Training is provided as carried out on an on-going basis as this company want to set their team up for one thing, success! Specifically, within this position your responsibilities will include: Taking all inbound calls Providing service both face to face and over the phone Taking clients through their loans in depth Processing applications Understanding the products and services as well as the fine detail that goes with it. Talking through arrears where necessary Other Customer Service support as required. To be considered for this role, the following personal qualities are required: Two years in a Loans Processing role as a minimum Friendly and “can do” attitude Ability to communicate effectively Proactive and inquisitive nature Strong written skills Flexible Eager to learn new skills Is able to deal with conflicting priorities Professional presentation Trustworthy RELIABLE!!!
