Manager In Financial Stability Department

​​​If you are excited about playing a key role in providing strategic guidance and support to the Council of Financial Regulators (CFR) and helping shape the Bank’s assessment of the risks to Financial Stability, this new role is for you.
The Role
This is a relatively new role in the department, helping run the Secretariat for the CFR as well as providing analytical and strategic guidance on policy-relevant Financial Stability issues. The role will involve working closely with other CFR agencies on identifying and assessing potential systemic vulnerabilities in the financial system and you would play a key role in coordinating action among the CFR agencies in planning for and responding to instances of financial instability.
The role will also involve collaborating with internal colleagues, both within the department and across the Bank, on the analysis of priority topics. This may include leading deep dives on topics that are of particular interest for the semi-annual Financial Stability Review.
Leadership and collaboration are at the forefront of this role. The role is expected to help ensure Financial Stability Department delivers high-quality policy advice to executive management, the Board, and the CFR. You will report directly to the Deputy Head of Financial Stability Department.

strong stakeholder engagement skills together with an ability to work collaboratively with other sections in the Bank and with CFR agencies and communicate effectively.
