Responsibilities

• Increasing the revenue of the business through external and internal advertising, marketing, and promotions
• Liaising with operations and venue managers to create both long- and short-term marketing goals
• Developing and implementing marketing plans within the business budget
• Managing the business digital channels such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc)
• Creating and scheduling social media content
• Reporting on social media analytics to keep on top of industry trends and promote engagement and brand awareness
• Cooperating with the team internally to organise shoots, identify topics of interest, and create content
• Distributing marketing activity information to key staff
• Designing, printing, and distributing marketing posters and POS signage

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of word, excel, canva, or equivalent programs
• Experience using social media applications, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
