Responsibilities
- Increasing the revenue of the business through external and internal advertising, marketing, and promotions
- Liaising with operations and venue managers to create both long- and short-term marketing goals
- Developing and implementing marketing plans within the business budget
- Managing the business digital channels such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc)
- Creating and scheduling social media content
- Reporting on social media analytics to keep on top of industry trends and promote engagement and brand awareness
- Cooperating with the team internally to organise shoots, identify topics of interest, and create content
- Distributing marketing activity information to key staff
- Designing, printing, and distributing marketing posters and POS signage
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of word, excel, canva, or equivalent programs
- Experience using social media applications, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
