Role Overview:

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be a vital part of Cheeky Monkey's culture. This role is about more than just supporting our brand; it's about living it. Your mission will be to assist in promoting our brand proudly, ensuring our message resonates both externally with our customers and internally with our sales team and brewpub managers. You will play a key role in rolling out our marketing strategy, with the opportunity to contribute to its evolution. Your communication skills will help connect us with our community, and you will work closely with the Director of Operations and Head of Sales to ensure alignment and effectiveness in our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute the marketing strategy in alignment with our brand ethos.
• Work closely with the Director of Operations and Head of Sales to ensure marketing activities are aligned with business objectives.
• Implement omnichannel marketing campaigns in line with the marketing strategy, integrating in-store and in-venue activations, within our own brewpubs, traditional advertising, social media, and website presence for a cohesive brand experience.
• Foster a sense of community across our venues in Western Australia.
• Manage communication across various platforms, focusing on brand engagement, social media presence, retail advertising, and sales support.
• Contribute to our social media initiatives, creating content that's cheeky, humorous, and reflective of our brand identity.
• Collaborate with our brewing team to convey our passion for beer and craftsmanship.
• Coordinate with external agencies and creatives to support our marketing efforts.
• Participate in monthly work trips to Perth or the South West, as applicable, to ensure effective collaboration with teams, venues and customers across all locations.
• Analyse data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform strategy adjustments.
• Manage activity in-line with marketing budgets provided by Director of Operations.
• Stay informed about marketing, social media, and industry trends to keep our brand relevant and exciting.

Experience and Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing.
• Experience in the beer, beverage or FMCG industry is highly advantageous.
