Sydney Headache and Migraine Centre (SHMC) & Sydney Concussion Centre (SCC) is a busy allied health practice in four Sydney locations.
We are looking for a competent Permanent Fulltime (or Part time) Front Desk Receptionist for our Caringbah practice, preferably with previous experience in Medical Administration. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic individual who will partner with us to deliver excellent patient care and assist in the growth of our business.

The Medical Receptionist position is varied and broad. Its purpose is to aid the smooth running of the practice through the performance of support tasks in clerical and administrative capacities. Medical receptionists are the front face of the team. Excellent communication skills to answer enquiries, assist in patient requests and support our practitioners and Practice Manager is essential. This is a fulltime position however there is some flexibility for the right person. The position is for our Caringbah practice although on the rare occasion you may be required to cover at our CBD practice. Hours will vary within our trading hours of 8am to 7pm. The occasional cover on Saturday mornings will be required also.
An Advantage:
An additional role as Social Media Content Manager may be incorporated into this position for a person with the right skill set. If filled, this position enables a continuation to build our presence on digital platforms, involving weekly and systemised posts derived from existing blogs, community engagement and video content shoots for two business profiles. A creative mind will be beneficial for this role.
