We are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our friendly team in Whitebridge, NSW.
Quality is at the heart of the service that we provide and we are looking for a Medical Receptionist who reflects these values to join our team on a casual basis for 5 days per fortnight with the ability to cover sick and annual holiday relief as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous work in general practice administration preferred.
- A solid grounding in computing skills is desirable. Any candidate will need to be comfortable with word processing, email and basic computer literacy as this is a paperless practice.
- Must possess excellent organisational skills with the ability to work independently.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Answering calls, making appointments and responding to patient enquiries
Maintaining the appointment book and electronic patient records
Processing referrals, billings and accounts
Emails and correspondence
