Medical Receptionist
- Previous customer service experience in a medical setting.
- Impeccable communication skills (verbal and written) and a courteous phone manner.
- Office administration and/or accounts receivable.
- Sound working knowledge Best Practice or other medical software.
- Understanding of patient confidentiality.
- The ability to build rapport with patients.
- Empathetic and supportive nature.
- Between 15 - 20 hours and some relief hours when required
