Our team at Indooroopilly are on the lookout for a permanent, Full Time Medical Receptionist to join our Admin Hub.
As a team member of our Admin Hub you will be providing phone based support to patients; using our online referral system to identify and directly contact patients to arrange and finalise their imaging appointments. In addition you will assist with answering and managing overflow calls from the Indooroopilly front desk during peak periods. This role will support a high volume of calls from patients with booking requests, referrers to the clinic, and other phone based queries.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a phone based customer service role, be comfortable managing multiple calls and systems; and with strong attention to detail.
This is a Permanent, Full Time position working 38 hours per week, across Monday to Friday (8a – 5p).

You will be responsible for all reception duties including:
- Customer service and care including managing a high volume of patient phone calls
- Make radiology exam bookings
- General Clerical Duties
- Patient record management with exceptional data entry skills
- Liaising with other receptionist, referring doctors and other medical professionals in a courteous manner
- Medicare, DVA, Health fund and work cover billing and banking
