Medical Receptionist

We are looking for an Experienced Medical Receptionists to join our friendly practice within the Perth CBD. This will be on a casual basis shifts depending on needs of practice approximately 2-3 days a week  but also cover sick leave and holiday leave. 

Essential Criteria

• Medical reception experience
• Able to work as part of a team
• Multitasking ability
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Experience in Medical Director and Pracsoft.

Duties( but not limited to)

• Meeting and greeting patients
• Answering phones and making appointments
• Billing and receipting money
• Entering and scanning patient data and documents
