Downs are hiring for a Medical Receptionist to join their patient centred clinic. We are on the lookout for a Full TIme Medical Receptionist to support the high volume of patients who visit us every day, and to help us continue to provide the best service and care to each one of them. Our centre supports a wide range of patients, including managing many e-referrals for imaging services such as X Rays and Ultrasounds.

  This is a full time, permanent position with rostered shifts taking place Monday to Friday, between the hours of 7am and 5pm. Your regular locatoins will be Murrumba Downs and Strathpine, however some coverage at nearby North side clinics may be required.

You will be responsible for all reception duties including: Customer service and care including greeting patients at the front desk, taking, and directing incoming telephone calls Make radiology exam bookings General Clerical Duties Patient record management with exceptional data entry skills Liaising with other receptionist, referring doctors and other medical professionals in a courteous manner Medicare, DVA, Health fund and work cover billing and banking Employee benefits and wellbeing Access to a marketplace of exclusive discounts and vouchers from leading Australian and online retailers.
