Casey Medical Centre is looking for an experienced and professionally presented part-time receptionist with excellent customer service and IT skills, an enthusiastic attitude and who pays attention to detail. Must be able to work as a team member and also unsupervised at times.
The successful candidate should display accuracy at all times and take ownership of their position, whilst following policies and procedures of this practice and the healthcare industry.
Applicants who have General Practice experience and Best Practice software experience will be favourably looked upon. Advanced IT knowledge with all aspects of Microsoft Office. Excellent time management and communication skills (written and oral). Must be able to multi-task, be highly organised and self-motivated with an eye for detail.
This role will suit someone who is available to work flexible hours on a 5-day/week roster including am and pm shifts, plus a share in weekend and public holiday shifts. Availability to work between the hours of 7.30am and 7.30pm is a must as is the ability to work across our two practice locations.
Casey Medical Centre is a very busy practice with locations in both Cranbourne and Clyde. We invite applications from experienced receptionists who are prepared for the fast pace dictated by thirty General Practitioners. .
