Our clinic in Mt Isa is currently seeking a casual Medical Receptionist to join their team. This is a casual on call position working Monday to Friday between the core hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Reporting to the Office Manager, your role will be working with a supportive team at the clinic's busy reception desk ensuring the delivery of professional, caring and friendly services to patients, referrers and customers.

Key accountabilities include:
Driving the delivery of high-quality reception
Providing excellent customer service and patient care with confidentiality, respect and empathy
欄 Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers
To be successful in this role you will have:
Ability to be flexible with working hours
Experience in a reception or administration role (highly desirable)
Strong customer service skills and experience
Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
