We seek an experienced, friendly, professional, and organised Medical Receptionist to join our team at Benowa. You will work in an excellent environment with friendly staff and patients.
The Medical Receptionist will organise appointments, maintain records, answer phones, process billing and theatre bookings, and perform other tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the practice and provide an exceptional standard of care to our patients.
The role suits a compassionate, organised, and motivated personality with a keen eye for detail and a passion for providing quality patient care. You must also be flexible and available to cover sick leave and holidays.

Essential experience:
Medical reception work - administration/customer care.
Use of medical software.
Data entry and appointment and theatre bookings.
Dictation typing and surgical terminology are an advantage.
Knowledge of Eclipse billing is preferred but not essential.
