You must have at least 3 years exp, knowledge of Best Practice a definite advantage and be willing to be part of an established team.
Multi-tasking a must and a polite and confident manner essential.
- Patient and visitor greeting
- Telephone and inquiry management
- Appointment scheduling and follow-up
- Reception and waiting area upkeep
- Medicare billing and payments processing
- Administrative tasks such as faxing, scanning, filing, and mailing
- Ensuring confidentiality and compliance with policies and procedures
- Banking, financial record maintenance, and reconciliation
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient in computer skills
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment
