Medical Receptionist - Part Time

We are seeking an enthusiastic and hard-working person who enjoys personal interaction.

The Clinic Williamstown requires a Medical Receptionist for 3-5 days per week. Shifts would consist of 8 hours rostered between the hours of 7.30am - 6pm. School hours cannot be accommodated however flexibility during school holidays and special events would be an option. The successful candidate must be available to open at 7.30am and close at 6pm on at least 2 days per week.

The role is rewarding and challenging and requires a strong individual who can work well in a team while being able to manage personal responsibility.

This is an accredited clinic that is fully computerised using Zedmed.

 Customer service experience is highly regarded.

Remuneration is in accordance with experience and qualifications.

The right person will start almost immediately with orientation and training provided.

This position would probably not be suitable for university students unless you could commit to a set roster.
