Livingston GPs is looking for a new receptionist superstar who strives for excellence and is reliable, helpful, friendly and loves to help others,
We require someone part time who can cover a variety of hours from 7.45am to 6.30pm Monday to Thursday, 7.45am to 9pm Friday and some weekend hours to cover leave.
Previous experience in General Practice is highly desirable.
The duties will include:
- Answering phone calls and greeting patients with a professional and friendly manner
- Accurate processing of Medicare and private billings of patients using the TYRO machine
- Admin tasks including scanning, faxing, emailing
- Managing patient and doctor enquiries
- Adhering to Privacy and Confidentiality
- Adhering to Policies and Procedures
- Marinating a clean environment
You will be required to:
- Have exceptional customer service skills and verbal and written communication skills
- Have Best Practice software Experience
- Be respectful and courteous at all times
- Have a minimum 12 months experience in a mixed billing General Practice reception
- Have excellent multitasking and attentional to detail
- Work both independently and as part of a team.
- Contribute to a positive working environment
