In this role, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our vision of becoming the Premier Regional Sports & Events Precinct in Victoria. You will be responsible for driving membership growth, building strong relationships with our community, and ensuring every member has a positive and welcoming experience.
WSAC is looking for a customer-focused, business-driven individual to look after the existing 3000 members, build new partnerships and deal with general enquiries.
Specialising in customer relations, data collection, building reports and quick turnaround times, WSAC prides itself on being people-focused, leading the way in performance and growth. WSAC will assist in your personal and professional development.
Here's what you'll get to do:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase membership and program participation
- Build strong relationships with local businesses and stakeholders to create long-term partnerships
- Assist with training staff on membership sales and customer service
- Promote WSAC services and programs to the community
- Respond to member feedback and use data to inform decision-making
- Has experience in sales and a proven track record of success
- Thrives in building relationships and partnerships
- Is a great communicator with exceptional customer service skills
- Is a team player who is self-motivated and results-oriented
- Has a passion for health and fitness (preferred)

Located in the Rural City of Wangaratta, the WSAC is the place for the community to come and enjoy a workout, or maybe just a coffee by the pool.
The precinct has recently undergone a $16 million facelift, resulting in a new 50m outdoor pool, 25m heated indoor pool, 24/7 gym, indoor stadium and courts, and welcoming cafe! It’s the ideal workspace.
