The Fleet Integration Specialist Auxiliary will support operations through a customer-focused approach, providing analysis, explanation, and advice on business options to deliver the highest-value outcomes.
Your new role
Reporting to the Superintendent Mobile Fleet Planning, you will be part of a team responsible for prime usage of a $1B auxiliary fleet.
Delivering a Fleet Strategy for the Asset and ensuring fleet utilisation & replacement cycles at optimal levels, extracting maximum value from our auxiliary assets.
Your experience in large fleet coordination helps you in applying your knowledge when reviewing BAU practices within the business and leading change when required to ensure they reflect the optimal decisions and extracting maximum value from the operational sites.
The Fleet Coordinator role covers a diverse range of work, optimising and replacing for both autonomous and non-autonomous operations.
This role will also play a pivotal role in assisting in decarbonising its operations through new technologies.
Working in this team will see you positively influence business decisions and will require a focus on delivering value.
The successful candidate will demonstrate understanding of value focused decision-making, technical excellence, and strong collaboration skills.
What you'll need to succeed
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Commerce or experience in maintenance or reliability (preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong understanding of continuous improvement
- Strong analytical skills with a driven curiosity to find out more.
- Ability to operate within "grey areas" taking initiatives to lead change.
- Influence Operational leaders with fact-based data sets.
