Mobilisation Coordinator

This is a full-time role based in our head office on Kings Park Road

Position Overview:
We're seeking a highly motivated and organised Mobilisation Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Mobilisation Coordinator will play a pivotal role in facilitating the seamless transition of projects from conception to implementation. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about project management and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with project managers, stakeholders, and internal teams to develop and execute mobilisation plans.
  • Coordinate the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure project readiness.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project mobilisation schedules, tracking progress and identifying potential logistical issues.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, suppliers, and subcontractors to secure necessary resources and services.
  • Facilitate pre-mobilisation meetings and site visits to assess requirements and address logistical challenges.
  • Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the mobilisation process.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate mobilisation status and key milestones to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices for mobilisation activities.
  • Booking pre-employment medicals, ensuring compliance across all projects.
     

Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in a similar industry or environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and unforeseen challenges.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
