National Account Manager

The Exciting Role:

As the National Account Manager, you will be responsible for the execution of the MNA strategy within selected categories in Coles, Woolworths, David Jones and Online retailers.  You will also be directly responsible for the retailer relationships in these categories while delivering against budgeted financials.

You will be instrumental in establishing and delivering strategic business plans in each category and Brand, while ensuring that profitable sales growth is achieved through excellent stakeholder management both internally and externally.

Key responsibilities include:

• Implementation and execution of strong collaborative business plans with retailers
• Management of the on-going relationship with Coles, Woolworths, David Jones and Online retailers’ teams and the MNA business
• Delivering against key elements of the budget
• Regular detailed forecasting, analysis, and reporting 
• Participation in new SKU launches in collaboration with Category & Marketing

To Succeed With Us You’ll Need:

• Tertiary level education in Marketing or Business preferred but not essential
• Experience in a similar role, managing major national grocery accounts
• Previous experience in category / customer marketing
• Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
• Ability to successfully negotiate and influence with a track record of success
• Highly analytical and capable in using market data; Aztec, Nielsen
