About The Opportunity:
We currently have an opportunity for a driven and strategically minded National Business Development Manager to join our high-performing team in Dandenong. Reporting to the Vice President Business Development and forming part of the senior leadership team, you will manage, influence and lead business development activities with a view to meeting key performance criteria and exceeding customer expectations.
This high-profile role has two key areas of focus: the first will see you driving new business development among small to medium builders by cross-selling/ up-selling and bundling sales, while the second will see you leveraging existing relationships to manage and drive growth among major strategic accounts.
Other responsibilities include:
Support the delivery of revenue, profit and value driven growth targets
Lead the group’s approach nationally around builder partnership program activities
Liaise with and influence General Managers, Sales Managers, Marketing and Product Managers to develop and implement pricing/ discount structures which will assist in business development activities
Lead and develop a team driving business development activities.
Evaluate and report on customer partnership program metrics
Support and drive the continuing use of SalesForce CRM
Travel intra- and inter-state as required
About You:
While building/ construction industry experience would help you to hit the ground running, your strategic account management skills and demonstrable experience of successfully driving share and margin growth across new and existing clients will be key in ensuring your success in this role. As a natural communicator and influencer, you will at excel at building productive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders alike.

Have experience of timely and effective decision making
Be proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint and Word, and able to learn our Salesforce CRM
