With a portfolio of leading brands the business has a strong presence across major retail, independents and on-trade covering 3,500 distribution points.
The role remit will includes sales operations and processes, training, development, recruitment and management of a field force growing to over 35 people. Leveraging a new CRM systems the business needs to imbed data based insights and decisions to drive better performance across the field team. This is a fanstastic opportunity to have a major impact on a business and the people within by leveraging your FMCG discipline and expertise.
Your background needs to be in any FMCG category or drinks where the independent retail channel has been a focus. You will be tertiary qualified and a first class communicator and business leader.
