The role
The National Fleet, Rental and CorporatePartner Manager maintains relationships with existing allocated clients in both Australia and New Zealand and aims to retain and expand current business.
This role will work towards the achievement of sales and revenue budgets and also utilise an enterprise mindset to identify opportunities for further development of new business in the designated business segment, considering all product offerings available at CAA.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships within allocated client portfolio
Provide input to the development of price setting, business, sales and marketing plans
Work with Head of Fleet to prepare monthly and annual sales plans
Ensure regular account reviews are conducted across key customer base
Implement and continuously improve key account sales strategies and account management plans
Skills & Experience:
Prior Fleet experience is essential
Experience in a similar role in a medium to large organisation or significant equivalent experience in a related industry
Exposure to working in the automotive industry
Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
Strong decision-making skills
Ability to study, analyse and interpret complex activities and/or information in order to improve new practices or develop new approaches
Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with managing a team will be beneficial
