In this role, you'll have the chance to lead our National Sales team, recruit regional leaders, formulate and execute strategic sales plans to boost growth, and manage the National Sales team's day-to-day operations. The Role:

  • Take on a key senior leadership position within Nibav Lifts.
  • Expand, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Representatives and state-based leaders.
  • Effectively manage sales targets, KPI metrics, and objectives.
  • Utilise Salesforce for pipeline management and strategic growth.
  • Build and maintain existing relationships with architects, builders, and the construction market.
  • Identify and develop new channel partnerships to boost product sales market share.
  • Travel to support and motivate regional team leaders and sales teams, attending client meetings.
  • Strategically work with your team to solve problems and capitalise on opportunities.
  • Coach and mentor Regional Sales leaders, setting clear sales targets and objectives.
