Demonstrate accountability at an advanced practice level for managing and coordinating ongoing care for consumers/person within Aboriginal and Torres Strait IslanderHealth Hub at our newest Satellite HospitalUnder s25 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991, there is a genuine occupational requirement for the incumbent to be Indigenous to the Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander Community.
This role may be eligible for the Queensland Health Attraction Incentive under Scheme 1 Interstate/ International Candidates
