To ensure success you should pay close attention to details. Ultimately, a top-notch Office Admin will be able to memorise vast amounts of information for later use.
Responsibilities:
- Checking invoices to ensure that all information matches our records.
- Collect and send invoices to appropriate department & customers.
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and co-workers.
- Ensure that the facility remains clean, sanitary, and well-organised.
- Report and deal with suppliers.
- Strong communication, memorisation, and teamwork skills.
- Outstanding organisational and investigate abilities.
- Capacity to perform your duties diligently, particularly during stressful periods.
- Follow up with invoices, credit, receiving stock, administration and data entry.
- Ensure stock levels are appropriate for reordering.
- Filing.
- Ensure all reports, notes, quotes, claims and invoices are fully compliant with company procedures.
- Ability to use a computer and the main software packages competently.
