Hassall Trading is a cattle hide processing plant located in Forbes NSW.
Our business is seeking an experienced Receptionist / Office Administrator to join our team.
What you’ll bring and develop:
This is a busy role, so you’ll need excellent problem-solving skills and a self-motivated, driven approach to succeed. A strong safety focus is key, as is the ability to work autonomously when required.
What you’ll bring
- Experience in word, excel and other office software
- Demonstrated excellent computer skills.
- First Aid certificate - Desirable but not essential
- The ability to work unsupervised and complete tasks in allotted time frame
- Australian Citizen or permanent resident.
- National Police Criminal History Check
The role will include
- General administrative roles
- Receptionist duties
- Data entry
- Receive, send and ensure payment of invoices in an accurate and timely manner
- Scanning, collating, and distributing documents
- Payroll and other related matters
- High level of communication required when dealing with Customers, contractors, plant staff, and management

The Hassall Trading site is located 8km outside of Forbes, having a drivers license and your own transport is essential.
