We have a fantastic opportunity available for a new Office Administrator/Manager who is enthusiastic, motivated, and trustworthy to join our close-knit team.
Please note this position is part-time, 18-26 hours with the opportunity to expand in future.
Your key responsibilities in the role will include but are not limited to:
- Manage day-to-day administrative duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling & directing inquiries from clients.
- Processing of basic bookkeeping (AR, AP, Payroll, IAS, BAS)
- Monthly & quarterly reporting to the Director
- Management of solar rebate & STC claims along with other solar administration duties
- Preparation and review of invoices
- Create, review, manage, and report on operational budget
- Liaise with outsourced marketing team to ensure optimal performance of our advertising campaigns
- Management of social media accounts
What we require from you:
- Minimum two (2) years experience in a similar position
- Experience in the trades or solar fields (preferred)
- Bookkeeping training or experience (payroll & BAS)
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft suite
- Xero experience (preferred)
- Open-minded, forward-thinking, and the ability to work independently are all a must!
