Job Description: We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis. As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our office and supporting various administrative functions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence in a professional manner
- Direct emails to sales team members and ensure timely response
- Maintain office supplies inventory and reorder as necessary
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Provide administrative support to team members, including data entry and filing
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and presentable
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and stock monitoring
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office administration or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Professional demeanour and positive attitude
