My client is an accounting firm who is seeking an Office Administrator / Client Services Coordinator. This innovative boutique firm service a diverse client base of SMEs, start ups, investments, family groups and high net wealth individuals.
Working in a business support team, you’ll be liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities of the role include:
- Manage lodgements for the ATO regarding tax returns, FBTs and BASs
- Monitor outgoing correspondence to clients ensuring compliance with company procedures
- Collate financial reports
- Provide overall admin support to the Accounting team when required
- Responsible for corporate secretarial compliance function including ASIC annual statements, address changes, registrations and de-registrations, incorporating companies/new entity set-ups
Applicants:
- Experience in an admin/client services/office manager capacity in an accounting/professional services firm is compulsory
- Experience with accounting software such as Xero, CAS 360 is ideal
- Strong IT and Microsoft Suite proficiency
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
