Opportunity to Join Busy Workshop
ProSpark Auto Electrical is looking for an Office Administrator/Sales assistant with a keen interest in all things automotive to join our vibrant workshop in Burleigh Heads. We are offering a casual position working full time hours from Monday to Friday, with potential to convert to a full time position for the right candidate.
Office Administrator Role
ProSpark Auto Electrical is an expanding workshop focusing on 4wd installations and fit outs, custom performance wiring, and general automotive electrical. The role of the Office Administrator will support the ProSpark team with the day-to-day office, sales and customer coordination. It is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn and grow within a small business.
Tasks include:
• Manage the office phone line and screen calls for priority.
• Managing the front desk including welcoming customers and receiving vehicles, vehicle damage reporting, receiving and dispatching deliveries, filing of documents and maintaining office supplies
• Use of Workshop Software to create invoices, job cards, quotes and take bookings. Entering supplier invoices in Xero and carry out general bookkeeping tasks such as sending invoice reminders, reconciliations, etc. as well as any ad-hoc administrative tasks
• Supporting the workshop team by keeping the front office area clean and well presented, bookings organised, and managing customer appointments, pick-ups and reminders
• Manage online shop sales including invoicing, dispatch and communication to customers.
About You
• Must have previous work experience in a front desk, customer-facing or administrative role, you will be the face of our business.
• Outstanding customer service, time management and organisational skills with high attention to detail is crucial.
• Have excellent phone skills and able to manage high volumes of calls.
• Passionate about continuous learning and to be part of a growing small business
• Keen interest to gain knowledge about all car-related services ProSpark offers to provide an outstanding customer experience
• Experience using Xero desired but not essential
• Professional and effective communication skills
• Australian Driver's License required
