East Coast Diesel Services are a well-established Contract Maintenance and Labour Hire company currently seeking a bright & energetic Office Administrator to join our rapidly expanding team.
This vibrant and reliable individual will be based in our Paget office.
The ideal candidate will have mine site experience or have had exposure to mine site requirements, however full training will be provided if you have the eagerness to learn.
Working closely with management in a tight knit, friendly, supportive team, this role will provide a new challenge each day.
Duties include but are not limited to;
- General administration
- Conducting onboarding meetings with new employees
- Ordering of uniforms and PPE
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, word processing and data entry
- Assisting in coordination of events as necessary
- Creating and maintaining spreadsheets when required
- Engaging with social media
- Provide assistance with employee, contractor and site compliance where required
Required skills & Experience;
- A positive and friendly demeanour
- A can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to multitask and excellent time management skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team or alone
- Ability to work closely with management to meet tight deadlines
- Great attention to detail
- Exceptional Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent Presentation and Phone Manner
- Current Drivers Licence
- Experience with CANVA / similar or graphic design highly regarded.
Remuneration will be offered dependent on experience.
