Fee for service (no commissions or asset based fees) financial planning practice. The office is located close to the CBD in Adelaide Terrace with on site parking available.
Duties and Responsibilities
Bookkeeping role using Xero including tasks such as: accounts payable and receivable, payroll, BAS reports and monthly bank and trust account reconciliations.
General office administration.
Data entry and calculations using Excel.
Answering phone calls.
Selection Criteria
To be considered for this position you should have knowledge of accounting packages, Microsoft Word, Excel and Access or willingness to learn these. You will also need to demonstrate your ability to work with minimal supervision and initiative. Suit student studying Commerce or similar.
