Fortus Health is a leading practice and executive management consultancy agency in Brisbane, servicing medical professionals nationwide.
Our team is comprises of accountants, medical practitioners, practice managers, marketing specialists and IT consultants with over forty years' experience in growing and managing successful Medical Practices.
Due to unsubstantiated growth, we are seeking an Office Administrator to support our team in our Bowen Hills office.
Administration duties:
- Preparation / updating of reports, letters, board papers, tenders, etc including typing, formatting, sourcing of information, presentation and distribution
- Assist in the preparation of presentations
- Prepare meeting rooms and agendas
- Manage and order office supplies
- Assist in management of sites and facilities
- Bookkeeping data entry
- Diary / calendar / meeting management as required
- Other duties as directed by the Managing Director.
Skills and experience:
- At least 2 years' experience working with in an office administration/executive assistant role
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- High level of verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in and knowledge of working within the medical industry (desirable).
