Camp Crusty Operations (part of The Hangan Group) are a group of caravan parks operating in and around the Bright region in Victoria. Camp Crusty is undergoing some exciting growth, and are now looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Office Administrator to join the team. This position is based out of our Melbourne office in Bayswater.
As an Office Administrator, you would be primarily responsible for general administrative tasks and answering/directing incoming phone calls for our 6 caravan parks. This is a full-time position, looking to commence approximately the week starting Monday 3rd June 2024.
Key responsibilities
- Answering incoming phone calls from a centralised system for 6 caravan parks
- Answering incoming emails for the 6 parks
- Being able to answer general park queries
- Operate each individual park’s booking systems, including checking availability
- Tariff management during busy periods
- Marketing and social media for each park
- Other general administration duties, as required
What you bring to the role
- Previous experience in caravan parks/accommodation/hotels is beneficial, but not essential
- Ability to multitask – there are 6 caravan parks to monitor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including excellent phone manner
- Proficiency in both Microsoft Office and Google Suite

As this role is based out of Bayswater, but all caravan park locations are located in the Bright region, this role would require some initial on-site visits to each park in order to deepen understanding of the parks themselves, and to meet key management staff at each location.
