K & J Civil are a civil construction company specialising in all aspects of pipeline installation ranging from water, drainage and sewer installations to gas and electricity infrastructure. Services include project management, construction and maintenance services for water and waste infrastructure. You will be the admin support for the owner directly and also various other office staff and crew on site as needed.
Qualifications & experience
- Strong experience in Xero
- Competent with Microsoft office suite including outlook
- Contracts experience would be beneficial
- Strong attention to detail & proven communication skills
Tasks & responsibilities
- Weekly payroll & time sheet entry & reporting
- Weekly Supplier payments
- Project variation management
- Preparing monthly progress claims and obtaining payment schedules for claims
- Day to day running of accounts payable & receivable
- Maintaining & updating internal management systems to include quality, safety & environmental systems - ISO 14001:2015; ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018
- Additional general office / project administration
- HR & training records management
