Office Administration/Service Coordinator
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Office Administrator/Service Coordinator with Fire & Safety Services Co Broome Office. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the administration team and support our technicians in the Kimberley and Pilbara Regions along with Christmas and Cocos Keeling Islands.
About the position:
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday with attractive wages on offer subject to qualifications and experience. Being based in our Broome office your weekends and time off can be spent exploring the beauty of the Kimberley.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Being the first point of contact for walk in customers and incoming phone calls
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Maintain up to date, accurate customer records within FireMate
- Scheduling routine testing and inspection of fire protection equipment
- Creating and assigning ad-hoc works to technicians
- Compiling draft quotations for customers when required
About You:
As an ideal candidate you will possess a positive can-do attitude with the ability to priorities your workload, multitask and maintain strong attention to detail. In addition, candidates will have a team player attitude and ideally possess the following attributes.
- High level of written and verbal communication skills, including a good phone manner
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to problem solve
- Previous experience within an administrative position
- Previous experience with FireMate an advantage but not essential as training will be provided
