An excellent opportunity to manage one of Australia's well-known Aged Care operators based at the Aged Care facility close to Ferny Grove, QLD. The trusted Aged Care provider are currently searching for an exceptional Full-Time Office Coordinator to drive customer services for our residence and clients.
In this role you will be playing a key role in customer services for our residents and staff. You should be passionate about providing excellent care and service for clients and providing the choice of different services to ensure we meet everyone’s needs.
Skills and Experience
- Staff rostering
- Stationery ordering
- Back up reception duties as and when needed
- Payroll queries - sent to national payroll
- Attend to any messages and deliver as appropriate
- Ensure all emails are read frequently throughout the day and prioritise if necessary. Forward onto appropriate person/s in a timely manner
- Work with a small admin team to help run the admin of the home
- Maintain office equipment and organise service calls as needed
- Maintain a stock of all stationary supplies and re-order if necessary, on a weekly basis
- Effective communication is paramount between all departments
The Office Coordinator role will be based at the facility in West Chermside. Working Monday to Friday
