Marsdens Law Group are looking to employ a junior administrative assistant to undertake a traineeship at our head office in Campbelltown for a twelve (12) month period.
The successful applicant will receive a Certificate III in Business Administration (Legal Services) as well as invaluable experience in a legal office.
This is a full time role with hours being 8.30am – 5.15pm, Monday to Friday. This is a fantastic entry level position and would suit current school leavers with a view to career advancement.
The Role:
- Perform a range of administration tasks;
- Photocopying, scanning and filing;
- Data entry and maintaining databases and registers;
The successful applicant must:-
- Be well presented for a legal office;
- Quick to pick up new skills and adapt to new environments;
- Demonstrate sound computer skills;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Be able to work in a fast paced, highly dynamic environment with multiple focus points and work to deadlines;
- Be a self starter and highly responsible.
- NOT have completed a Certificate III or higher in any other industry OR if you are currently studying and the completion qualification is higher than and Certificate III.
