We are looking for a Customer Service Rep based in Melbourne, Australia.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
· In-charged of the daily operations of the centre and ensures that the centre is operational
· Manages the P&L of the centre and prepares monthly centre related reports
· In-charged of the development and growth of the community team based at the centre
· In-charged of member’s check-ins and check-outs, and ensures member-related queries and issues are managed well to ensure satisfaction level of our members are high
· Lead VIP visits or tours around the centre
· Maintains good relationship with building management and vendors
Prerequisites for the role include:
· Pleasant personality with strong operations and management skills
· Excellent verbal communication skills
· Result and client oriented with multi-tasking capabilities
· Client focused with the desire to work within a service industry
· Experience in co-working environment or serviced office or related industry an advantage
· Previous management or supervisory experience in co-working / hospitality desired
