Our Client
With a presence in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, our client provides Commissioning Management Services, Specialised Project Management and Independent Commissioning Advice to Property Developers, Tier 1 & 2 Construction Companies and Building Services Contractors. A dynamic and customer focused company, they now seek the services of a well organised Office/Business Manager.
The Role
The role will consist of a range of activities relating to Office/Business/Contract Management, including:
- Development and maintenance of office systems, operations & procedures
- Some contract management activities including drafting, negotiation and contract analysis.
- Staff supervision - including recruitment, onboarding, training, discipline, as well as day to day management.
- Company representation at events and conferences.
- Some financial accounting including the use of Xero.
About You
You're an experienced Office Manager who has:
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- The ability to develop goals and objectives for the growth of the business.
- Gather, analyse and interpret internal and external data and write reports.
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
- A thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development.
- An ability to organise and prioritise tasks whilst under pressure and with a view to meet deadlines.
