About the role

Nexar Group is looking for an exceptional Operations Coordinator  to support our growth, operations, clients and security officers in Queensland.

The successful candidate would ideally have demonstrated experience in a similar role with a focus on the customer experience and managing guards. 

• Coordinate the office and working practice for Guarding Services in QLD
• Recruit, build and deploy skilled security staff for our labour hire service
• Growing the performance of current client sites with regard to KPI's and budgetary requirements
• Providing advice and recommendation on OH&S, Audits and other required reporting analysis
• Rostering and administrative duties
• Ensure contractual requirements are met and that every customer experience is of the highest possible standard
• Coordinate the provision of training and inductions for new staff
• Daily management of the guards
• Deliver the compliance program
• A background in security/guarding is essential

• Current Security Licence (Required)
• Current Drivers Licence
• Dedication, reliability and a commitment to security
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Detailed understanding of security guarding

• The ability and confidence to work on your own and as part of a team
