About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Daily communication to over 50 Retail stores nationally in the form of short news bulletins and social media platform posts
- Understanding policies and process documents and making any neccassary changes as required
- Investigating and resolving transactional problems
- Keeping Store information, including hours and addresses, updated on internal platforms, external websites and Google business locations
- Processing ad-hoc orders for uniforms and shop fittings
- Processing new user and terminating user access to systems
- Monitoring and forwarding company emails and answering Office phone
- Store support and improving Internal Social Media Platform (Workplace) engagement
- Reporting and monitoring staff and store compliance
- Reporting and monitoring staff and store incentives
- Opportunity to gain experience in other operation roles (Stock, Logistics and Commissions) through holiday cover and providing assistance during busy periods
About you
To be successful in this role you will need to:
- Be friendly and approachable with a willingness to learn and operate in a busy office environment
- Enjoy assisting store staff, colleagues and customers
- Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Be interested in the experience of a retail environment and the challenges it presents
Experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential if you are keen to work and learn.
