We are seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Managerto join our Electrical division who can bring a point of difference through growing and developing a team of professional and highly skilled Electricians and Coordinators. Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Managing day-to-day activities of projects & schedules
• Coordination and supervision of 12+ Ken Hall Electricians team members and one Operations Coordinator
• Overseeing quality control of installations and maintenance
• Estimating large Residential & Commercial Projects
• Managing budgeting and financial planning for Electrical projects
• Infield coaching and development
• On-site supervision of Electrical projects
• Reporting on operational performance to senior management
• Providing leadership and direction to the Electrical team
• Promote, train, and monitor new business initiatives
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
• Maintain and build relationships with suppliers
• Compliance with safety and WHS policies & procedures
• Assist in recruiting new team members
• Facilitate monthly toolbox meetings
About you:
• Experience with sales and building strong client & supplier relationships
• Experience in a wide range of Electrical maintenance and repairs
• Supervisors license & demonstrated management skills
• Licensed A Class electrician
• Extensive knowledge of AS3000
• White card
• Police and DCSI Clearance
• Hard working, solutions focussed, reliable & punctual
• Ability to multitask between various projects
• High level of computer literacy
• Full Australian driver’s license
• Ability to work in a team environment
