Operations Officer

This diversified, ASX listed fund manager is a successful and established business with an excellent track record.  

An opportunity is now available to join their Operations team.

As Operations Officer, you will support the business across Investor Services and general Operational duties.

Responsibilities:

• Actively improve and develop processes across the business.
• Support both wider operations team.
• Assist with managing relationships with external services providers.
• Action investor and adviser queries and provide a high level of customer service.
• Manage registry tasks, monitor all transactions including applications, redemptions, switches.
• Review and develop daily reporting to ensure no inconsistencies or errors.
• Working with the distribution team with investor and adviser application processing and ensuring the administration and operations work effectively with the standards of the business.
• Assist with monitoring external custodian.

Experience:

• Experience in investor services or share registry services.
• Understanding of processing of applications, redemptions, AML/KYC.
• Operations support background. 
• RG146 highly regarded.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
