Currently, they are in search of a part-time Accounts Officer to assist 4 hours per day, 5 days per week. The Position
Reporting to the Finance Manager and working within a small close-knit team environment you’ll be responsible for;
Processing and validating accounts payable invoices using SAP
Filing and maintaining supplier records
Reconciling invoices
Processing of accounts receivable invoices
Sending email reminders to customers for payments
Performing other ad hoc tasks as required by their supervisor
The Candidate
You’ll have strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience in an accounts payable position
Word and Excel skills
Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
