Simply Finance & Automotive is a dynamic and growing business specializing in vehicle sales and asset finance solutions. Position Overview

We are currently seeking a proficient Administration Assistant to join our team on a part-time permanent basis, with flexible working hours. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth running of administrative tasks, and contributing to the efficiency of our business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Support the finance team with processing paperwork related to vehicle sales and asset finance applications.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our systems, particularly Xero.
  • Assist with the coordination of appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure cohesive workflow and effective communication within the team.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Xero accounting software is essential.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a finance or automotive industry.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
